Project Summary
Maxwell Roofing completed a full reroof and exterior metal panel upgrade for White Bluff Elementary, providing a durable, long-term solution while keeping the school fully operational. The project included removing the existing roofing materials and installing a new EPDM roofing system, upgraded metal wall panels, and curved fascia panels to improve both performance and appearance. Because the work took place during the school year, every phase required careful planning, daily coordination, and strict safety protocols to protect students and staff and minimize disruption to campus activities.
One of the project’s unique challenges involved coordinating overnight asbestos abatement with the reroofing schedule. Maxwell’s crews overlapped with the third-party abatement team each evening so they could begin dry-in work immediately, while closely monitoring weather conditions to ensure the building remained protected.
Throughout the project, the team also coordinated around parent pick-up, testing schedules, and daily school activities. Through proactive scheduling, clear communication, and close attention to safety, Maxwell successfully delivered the project while keeping the school running.
