1956
In 1956, decorated B-17 Bomber Squadron Commander Kenneth Maxwell founded the Nashville branch of Tri-State Roofing.
In 1963, the business became Maxwell-Webster Roofing before officially becoming Maxwell Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. two decades later.
From the beginning, Kenneth built the company on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing right by every customer. Those principles became the foundation for future generations of Maxwell leadership.
Today
Today, Maxwell remains family-owned and family-led. While the industry continues to evolve, our purpose has not changed. We continue to focus on building lasting relationships, solving complex roofing challenges, and helping our clients make smart long-term decisions for their buildings.
Experience matters, and so does the willingness to keep improving. We believe our longevity comes from doing both.
